Through the CORE program, you can receive an MK-V Tractor at a price comparable to a 40 hp compact diesel tractor.

The application period operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with CORE opening day on August 13th, 2024. It is strongly recommended to submit applications to Monarch Tractor before CORE opening day to secure funds.

The Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) is a $64 million voucher incentive project intended to encourage California off-road equipment users to purchase currently commercialized zero-emission off-road equipment through point-of-sale subsidization. There is no scrappage requirement and additional funding is available for charging and fueling infrastructure for equipment deployed by small businesses or disadvantaged communities. 

Monarch Tractor is the only 100% electric, driver-optional, data-driven smart tractor on the market. Don't miss out on this year's opportunity to secure your zero-emission tractor(s) through the CORE program before funds run out.

CORE 2022 and 2023 were resounding successes, issuing nearly $30 million in secured funding vouchers for the Monarch MK-V tractor. Compared to last year, this year's funds are significantly lower, meaning they will run out much faster.

In addition to significant fuel savings, CORE allowed eligible farmers to expedite their return on investment through maintenance and reporting efficiencies all while enjoying the many other advantages that come with an MK-V tractor. As the MK-V's autonomy expands in markets, crop types, operations, and farmlands, these farmers are positioned for aggregated labor and environmental savings.   • Reserve now, pay later. Payment is due prior to delivery.

  • Keep your existing tractor. No need to retire or replace existing equipment.

  • Program funds are limited and will be allocated quickly.

  • The MK-V works with standard implements. Learn more about the implements here.

  • Vouchers are fulfilled directly from CORE to Monarch.

  • Incentive is for each tractor ordered. No limit on quantities.

  • 200 hours average usage per year.

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements may apply.

  • Tractor customizations and accessories are available.

  • Must operate 100% of the time within California.

CORE vouchers are paid immediately, so you receive financial savings right away.

 

This is a great time and opportunity for you to lock in immediate savings, and even more Monarch MK-V tractors under this limited quantity voucher offer.

 

Additionally, there may be an opportunity to stack similar programs on top of CORE, for additional savings. Contact a Specialist to see if you qualify. 

The CORE program allows you to KEEP your existing tractor and does not require destruction of current equipment.

We need signed commitments right away, as funding is limited. As soon as the maximum number of voucher commitments are signed, we will be unable to offer this program.

 

This is a first come, first serve subsidy. A limited number of vouchers are available and when they’re reserved, they are gone for good.

 

This offer is available for a very limited time. The window of opportunity is closing as quickly as it opens. To put it in perspective, last year there were $273 million in vouchers, but this year's funds are significantly lower, meaning they will run out much faster.
